Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Cytos Tech ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Service

Cytos Tech provides custom software development and AI integration services. The specific scope, timelines, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Cytos Tech retains all rights to its background IP. Client IP and custom-developed code for specific projects will be handled as per the terms of the individual service agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

Cytos Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
